I waited for a few seconds before turning the Bluetooth back on. I then reinstalled the app via my S7 again, and went straight to go turn off my Bluetooth on my phone. Then I logged out of the app, closed the app (from S3's Recent Apps menu), and uninstalled it via my S7. Interestingly enough, it came up as a 'Linux' device for some reason. What I did was first go to, and removed my S3 device as one of the offline devices (as I have Spotify Premium). Every time, when I would press "Remote" mode, it wouldn't allow me. So I listened to the music for a while until I wanted to put it into back "Remote" mode, when it wouldn't work. upon finding out that my Gear S3 could remotely connect to WiFi and play music on its own without reliance of my phone - Samsung Galaxy S7 - was a miracle (lol I sound stupid). This morning, I was playing around with my Gear S3 to see what the Spotify application was capable of. I just found out the solution to this problem.
